Ellen Goodridge is VP, Global Digital Operations and Product Development for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. In her current role Ellen oversees the digital supply chain for transactional digital content (EST & VOD) from on-boarding, deal intake, through avails and delivery as part of SPHE’s business line. Ellen also oversees key initiatives to enhance the core digital product through adopting new usage models (UltraViolet), adding more features (iTunes Extras, other interactive features) and other new models aimed at creating immersive digital experiences. Throughout her history at Sony, Ellen has pioneered development of products and processes driving digital distribution across ad-supported, digital copy, movie embeds and transactional models.

Guy Finley, MESA’s Executive Director, started his career in the entertainment industry as a successful performer and producer, making music with industry giants such as Phil Ramone, Elliott Scheiner, and Dave Grusin. Guy joined the home entertainment industry as president of LFA, Inc., providing home video brand and business consulting services for a worldwide clientele. His firm represented JVC (Victor Company of Japan, Ltd.) in North America licensing the loading and duplication of VHS videocassettes bearing the VHS Logo Trademark. He became the director of operations for CDSA (then IRMA, International Recording Media Association) in 2005 where he pioneered the Daily News Portal, co-chaired the accountability sub-committee of EPCglobal Item Level Tagging Public Policy Steering Committee and helped form the Plastic DVD Packaging Standards Committee (authoring the standard used to certify packaging plants around the world).
