Ellen Goodridge is VP, Global Digital Operations and Product Development for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. In her current role Ellen oversees the digital supply chain for transactional digital content (EST & VOD) from on-boarding, deal intake, through avails and delivery as part of SPHE’s business line. Ellen also oversees key initiatives to enhance the core digital product through adopting new usage models (UltraViolet), adding more features (iTunes Extras, other interactive features) and other new models aimed at creating immersive digital experiences. Throughout her history at Sony, Ellen has pioneered development of products and processes driving digital distribution across ad-supported, digital copy, movie embeds and transactional models.

Josh Wiggins is responsible for providing solutions to customers, account management and establishing strategic partnerships for T3Media. Before joining T3Media, Wiggins was Vice President of Business Development, West Coast at Digitalsmiths, a video metadata solution provider. Prior to Digitalsmiths, Wiggins served as Senior Director of Business Development and Strategic Solutions at Ascent Media. Wiggins was responsible for delivering archive and content management solutions for major studios and other library owners. With more than 20 years of experience in the technology and content marketplace, Wiggins has held roles in customer operations, technical services, project management and sales.

David Stump ASC has worked on numerous motion pictures and television productions as Director of Photography, as Visual Effects Director of Photography, as Visual Effects Supervisor, and as Stereographer, (including both live action work and 2D to 3D conversion work), earning an Emmy and an Academy Award for Scientific and Technical
Achievement. His credits include such high profile projects as The Last Stand, Immortals, Quantum of Solace, The Resident, Flight Plan, Fantastic Four, X-Men 1 & 2, Into the Blue, Red Riding Hood, Garfield, Batman Forever, Hollow Man, Men of Honor, Deep Blue Sea, Stuart Little, The Sphere, Contact, Batman & Robin, Mars Attacks, Executive Decision, Stargate, Free Willy, and What Love Is, among many others.

David is a member of the AMPAS, ATAS, ASC, PGA, IATSE, SOC, SMPTE and numerous other industry associations. He is currently engaged in volunteer work for the SMPTE as co chair of a study group on the subject of High Frame Rate for digital cinema. He is also participating in the AMPAS Academy Color Encoding System (ACES) file format project where he has contributed significantly in the area of metadata.

In 2001 David was accepted for full membership into the American Society of Cinematographers, where he is currently chairman of the Camera Subcommittee of the ASC Technical Committee. Under his guidance, the combined efforts of the Producer’s Guild of America and the American Society of Cinematographers recently completed production of both the ASC / PGA Camera Assessment Series, and the ASC / PGA Image Control Assessment Series, side by side comparisons of virtually all of the high end digital cinema cameras against film, run through industry standard 10 bit log and ACES workflows, and taken all the way out to film print and Digital Cinema Package.

Linda Tadic is Executive Director of Audiovisual Archive Network (www.archivenetwork.org), an independent non-profit digital preservation service for historical sound and moving image collections. She consults and lectures on digital asset management, audiovisual and digital preservation, and metadata, with clients as diverse as WNET/Thirteen, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, SBS (Australia), Dunhuang Academy (China), and the Missouri History Museum. She is an adjunct professor in UCLA’s Moving Image Archive Studies program (teaching courses in Access and Digital Asset Management), and previously was an adjunct professor in NYU’s Moving Image Archiving and Preservation program (courses in collection management and cataloging and metadata).  She is co-author of the book Descriptive Metadata for Television: an End-to-End Introduction (Focal Press, 2006).  Ms. Tadic’s almost 30 years’ experience includes holding the positions of Manager of the Digital Library at Home Box Office (HBO), Director of the Media Archives and Peabody Awards Collection at the University of Georgia, and Director of Operations for ARTstor.  She is a past President of the Association of Moving Image Archivists (AMIA).

Susan Cheng leads Product Master Data Governance for physical and digital distribution across home entertainment at Warner Bros. She has key supplier relationship management responsibilities and directly oversees master data management, including intellectual property designations and data quality.
Prior to her master data role, Susan led Category Sourcing teams for marketing and supply chain across the studio. Before joining Warner Bros. in 2006, Susan was the Director of Strategic Procurement for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products and Neutrogena, heading up a bi-coastal direct materials sourcing organization. Prior to that, she spent several years with The Walt Disney Company and Procter & Gamble, all in supply chain and sourcing optimization functions.
Susan holds an MBA from Yale University in Corporate Strategy & Non-profit Management, and a Bachelor of Business in Finance from the University of Michigan.

Harold speaks and writes extensively regarding interoperability, digital workflow and metadata in advertising and is the co-author of four white papers on the subject.

Harold’s advertising career spans nearly 30 years, in the United States and Canada. He has worked in media buying/planning, account management, financial, and technology roles at MindShare, Ogilvy & Mather, and McCann Erickson, and the defunct Ted Bates and Foster Advertising.

Harold is a graduate of radio and television broadcasting from Seneca College (Toronto, Ontario, Canada).
